The ALMOND Board Review

Updated: Feb 10, 2022

The Almond, a tribute to the late 1960’s ‘tracker’ models. Great for long drawn out turns and high line trimming. It features a rolled v displacement hull and has the glide expected from a board with these characteristics. A go to model on all point waves from tiny to head high.

Choc, a Bali local and alternate shape enthusiast has been testing the 6'3 Almond in all conditions over the past 6 months. Experimenting with fin set ups, putting the board in every part of the wave.. oh, and he has one of the sickest soul arch bottom turns going.

Which board would you like DMS to review next?
